Residents at a Co-Op City apartment building are dealing with package delivery issues.
Looking for a package feels like a scavenger hunt, according to residents. Although USPS has a designated box for drop-offs, packages from other delivery services are often left all over the lobby.
Residents who fear having their packages stolen are taking matters into their own hands by putting out posters.
“It's not a 26-story walkup,” says resident Toni Faulk. “We have elevators. Elevators that work. So there's no reason for them not to get on the elevator and bring it to the person's door.”
