News 12’s Marissa Santorelli spoke with traffic expert, Eddie Vasquez. He is the manager of Five J’S Automotive. After 30 years of driving tow trucks daily in our borough, he says he knows a thing or two about traffic. Vasquez shared his tips to dodge congestion and construction that bottleneck our roadways.
