A New Haven man was arrested after police say he robbed a Shelton man selling a car on Facebook Marketplace.
Davon Brown, 21, of New Haven was arrested today in connection to the June 30 incident.
Police say Brown was interested in purchasing a car from the man in Shelton that he saw on Facebook Marketplace.
The victim told police that Brown arrived to view the car when he displayed a firearm, then pushed him to the ground.
Police say Brown stole the car along with the keys and title.
Brown was later identified by his Facebook profile.
He was charged with robbery, and larceny.
His bond is set at $50,000.
