Vigil for lives lost in Texas elementary school shooting held on Upper West Side

Songs, candles, and prayers were shared Wednesday night as dozens of people came out, thinking of the many families who lost their children Tuesday, as well as the two teachers who also died trying to save them.

The mass shooting that took the lives of 19 children and two teachers has the city in mourning.
Songs, candles, and prayers were shared Wednesday night as dozens of people came out, thinking of the many families who lost their children Tuesday, as well as the two teachers who also died trying to save them. 
Also honored on Wednesday were the victims involved in the Buffalo supermarket shooting, subway shooting and countless others.
