Gov. Cuomo calls for U.S. military help amid coronavirus outbreak

BREAKING: Gov. Andrew Cuomo implored the federal government to use the U.S. Army to help build hospital capacity amid the coronavirus outbreak. He also said closing schools will create major problems for childcare throughout the state and did not make any decisions on closures. 
Cuomo also says the current number of cases in New York stands at 729 with three fatalities.
