The NYPD is searching for four suspects in a violent attack that happened on the subway Monday morning. Police are currently searching for four women who were last seen at that subway station. They believe they are responsible for beating up and stabbing a 27-year-old woman that was on a Queens-bound A train that was approaching the Franklin Avenue subway station. Police say the victim was punched and stabbed in the head and shoulder after being approached by the four suspects. EMS took the victim to Kings County Hospital, and she is in stable condition. Commuters in Bed-Stuy say they are still concerned despite increased police presence throughout the subway system. “I will be honest with you, I have put an allowance aside for Ubers,” said local resident Mark McDonald. “I don’t take the train… for reasons like this. It is out of control.” No arrests have been made at this time.
